Coordination
The Heart and Soul of SUPLIH
The Coordination is the heart and soul of SUPLIH’s decentralized structure. It serves as the foundation of our presence throughout Haiti and in every country where SUPLIH operates. A Coordination is more than an administrative structure, it exists to unite, educate, motivate, and empower Haitians to take an active role in shaping a stronger, more prosperous, and more hopeful Haiti for their children and generations to come.
The Mission of a coordination
The mission of a Coordination is to serve as a bridge between SUPLIH leadership and the Haitian community by communicating the organization’s vision, values, and objectives to Haitian citizens wherever they may reside.
The Vision of a coordination
Our coordination network is responsible for organizing, mobilizing, and supporting local and national leaders who share our vision to build a stronger, more prosperous Haiti. Through these leaders, SUPLIH brings its mission, values, and programs closer to the communities we serve.
At the local level, coordinators work directly with community members, educators, civic leaders, and stakeholders to promote awareness, encourage participation, and foster community development. They play a vital role in identifying local needs, facilitating communication, and ensuring that SUPLIH’s initiatives reach the people who need them most.
Our coordinators serve as ambassadors of SUPLIH’s mission, helping to create opportunities for learning, leadership, and civic responsibility. They are instrumental in strengthening connections between communities and the organization, ensuring that our efforts remain community-driven and impactful.
Together, we organize. Together, we educate. Together, we build a stronger future for Haiti and Haitians worldwide.
