A Coordination is the heart and soul of SUPLIH’s decentralized structure, established throughout Haiti, and in every country where the organization operates.
What is the mission of a Coordination?
Its mission is to communicate our vision to the Haitian citizens wherever they are to encourage them to get involve; train, motivate, and engage them in the processes to rebuild an everlasting hope for their country and children.
How does the structure of a Coordination works?
The structure of a coordination is the legal entity that represent the organization in the community where it operates. It ensures the need of the community is voiced to the central office. A coordination report problem, proposed solutions, execute recommendations, secure investments. It plays the role as the first responder and enhance peace /security. A coordination, also, ensure that SUPLIH’s vision implemented locally, in alignment with the interior rules and constitution.
Who Makes Up a Coordination?
Coordination is an administrative units made up of from 17 to 20 professionals from various fields identify by the organization and relevant to secure strategical development in each commune. These fields are as follow but not limited to agricultural, education, health, immigration services, and more. These professionals will work together to bring effective, localized solutions to empower communities; bring effective, long lasting solutions to everyone citizens living in that community. A copy of the organigram is attach with other specific fields required from each member of the local coordination’s structure.
How the organization does Sub-divided the coordination in the nation?
In Haiti Suplih Sub-divided the coordination into district, region, department, arrondissement and commune.
