Makes Up a Coordination

Who Makes Up a Coordination?

A Coordination is a local administrative unit composed of approximately 18 to 22 professionals selected by SUPLIH based on their expertise, commitment, and ability to contribute to the strategic development of the community where the Coordination operates.

Each Coordination brings together professionals from diverse fields that are essential to addressing the needs and priorities of the community. These representatives work collectively to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement initiatives aligned with SUPLIH’s mission and vision.

The composition of a Coordination may include, but is not limited to, professionals in the following areas:

  • Agriculture and food security
  • Education and professional development
  • Health and community wellness
  • Immigration and social integration services
  • Economic development and entrepreneurship
  • Technology and innovation
  • Youth development
  • Environmental protection
  • Community organization
  • Legal and administrative services
  • Social services
  • Other strategic fields necessary for sustainable community development

These professionals serve as community leaders and problem-solvers, working together to design and support effective, practical, and long-lasting solutions that improve the quality of life for every citizen within the community.

The Coordination structure is designed to ensure that local expertise, knowledge, and resources are organized effectively to empower communities, strengthen local leadership, and promote sustainable development.

A detailed organizational chart (organigram) is attached, outlining the specific positions, responsibilities, and required areas of expertise for each member of the local Coordination structure.

Through this multidisciplinary approach, SUPLIH ensures that every community benefits from coordinated leadership, informed decision-making, and solutions adapted to its unique realities.

Suggestion

Also recommend creating a SUPLIH Coordination Organigram (17–20 positions) with titles such as Coordinator General, Deputy Coordinator, Secretary, Finance Officer, Education Director, Health Director, Agriculture Director, Immigration Services Director, Youth Director, etc., to make the structure more official and ready for registration or partnership presentations.
